Welcome

In the celestial river that is the Milky Way, Deneb and the stars in the wings of Cygnus are known in Chinese astronomy as Tianjin which means ford or bridge because the river appeared shallower here, due to a dark cloud of dust called the Cygnus Rift which obscures light from the stars behind and divides the Milky Way into two streams. Cygnus also contains a mysterious black hole.

May I be a protector for those without protection
A leader for those who journey
And a boat, a bridge, a passage
